By using this site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please stop using the site. Regards of Wallstreet is operated by Atul Ghandhi; "we" and "us" below mean that publisher.

This site publishes opinion and analysis to the general public. It is not a personal recommendation, it takes no account of your circumstances, and we are not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority or registered as an investment adviser in the United States.

The full position, including the author's holdings and the risks of acting on anything you read, is set out in the disclosure and risk warning, which forms part of these terms. Your capital is at risk and your investment decisions are your own.

You need an account to comment or post. You must be 18 or over, give accurate details, keep your login to yourself, and tell us promptly if you think someone else is using it. One person, one account.

You can delete your account at any time. We can suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, and where we do we will tell you why unless the law prevents us.

Comments and community posts are yours, and you are responsible for them. You must not post anything that:

• is unlawful, or encourages or assists an offence;
• is fraudulent, or promotes an investment scam, pump-and-dump, pyramid or matrix scheme;
• you have been paid or otherwise rewarded to post about a security, token or platform without saying so clearly in the post itself;
• contains information you know to be false and intended to move a price, or that you received in confidence as inside information;
• is a personal recommendation to another named reader about what they should do with their money;
• is threatening, abusive, harassing, hateful, or targets someone because of who they are;
• is defamatory, invades someone's privacy, or infringes copyright or another person's rights;
• is sexual content, content involving children, or content promoting self-harm, suicide or an eating disorder;
• is spam, malware, or automated bulk posting.

Reporting. If you see something here that breaks these rules, report it using the report control on the post or comment, or email hello@regardsofwallstreet.com. We review reports and remove content that breaches these terms or the law, and we prioritise anything reported as illegal. We may remove content, restrict or close accounts, and where content appears to be criminal we may report it to the authorities.

If your content is removed and you think that was wrong, reply to the notice or email us and a person will look at it again.

You keep ownership of what you post. You give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display and distribute it on the site so that it can appear where you posted it. That licence ends when you delete the content, except for copies we must keep by law or that remain in backups until those are overwritten.

Views in comments and community posts are those of the people who wrote them, not ours, and we do not check them for accuracy before they appear.

Articles, guides, strategies, charts and datasets on this site belong to us unless stated otherwise. You may read, print and share them for your own personal use, and quote short extracts with a link and attribution.

You may not republish articles in full, scrape the site in bulk, or use its content to train a commercial model, without written permission. Market data shown on the site comes from third-party providers and is subject to their terms; it may be delayed and is provided for information only.

We try to keep the site up and the numbers right, but we do not promise it will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change or withdraw any part of it. Data comes from third parties and may be delayed or wrong.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.

If you are a consumer: we are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill, but not for anything unforeseeable. You have legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 that these terms do not affect. Because the site is provided free of charge and for information only, we are not responsible for investment losses you incur by acting on what you read here; those decisions are yours.

If you are a business: we exclude all implied warranties to the extent the law allows, and we are not liable for loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption or loss of opportunity, whether direct or indirect.

We may update these terms. The date at the top changes when we do, and for material changes we will give reasonable notice on the site before they take effect. Continuing to use the site after that means you accept the new version. If you do not accept it, stop using the site and you may close your account.

These terms and any dispute arising out of them are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction.

If you are a consumer living elsewhere in the UK or in the EU, you keep the benefit of any mandatory consumer protections of your home country, and you may bring proceedings there.
