Disclosure & Risk Warning
Regards of Wallstreet publishes opinionated analysis about specific, named securities. That is the point of the site, and it is also exactly why this page exists: so you know what this publication is, what it is not, and what the person writing it stands to gain.

What this publication is
Regards of Wallstreet is an independent publication written and edited by Atul Ghandhi. It is published on a regular schedule to the general public. Every reader sees the same article at the same time, whoever they are and whatever they own.
That is not a stylistic detail, it is the whole basis on which the site operates. Because the analysis here is impersonal and published generally, it is commentary and not advice to any individual. Articles contain opinions, and those opinions are sometimes strongly worded, because a view that hedges everything is worth nothing. An opinion published to everyone at once is still not a recommendation to you.
Nothing here is a personal recommendation
Nothing on this site is a personal recommendation, and nothing on it should be treated as advice about what you specifically should do. No article takes account of your financial circumstances, your income, your existing holdings, your tax position, your time horizon, your experience or your appetite for loss. None of that is known to us, and no article is written with any individual reader in mind.
Where an article describes a trade, that is a description of the author's own reasoning about a scenario, published so that it can be checked and graded afterwards. It is not an instruction, and the fact that a play appears here says nothing about whether it is suitable for you. Whether any investment is right for you depends on facts about you that this site does not have.
If you want advice that does account for your circumstances, that is a regulated service and you should get it from someone authorised to provide it. In the UK you can check whether a firm or individual is authorised on the Financial Services Register at register.fca.org.uk. In the US, check adviserinfo.sec.gov.
Regulatory status
Regards of Wallstreet is not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. It is a publication, not a financial services firm. It is not an investment adviser, financial adviser, broker, dealer, fund manager or analyst firm, and it does not arrange, execute or hold anyone's investments or money.
Because no regulated service is being provided to you, none of the protections that come with one apply. There is no cover from the Financial Services Compensation Scheme, and you cannot take a complaint about anything you read here to the Financial Ombudsman Service. The equivalent US protections, including SIPC coverage and FINRA arbitration, are likewise unavailable, because no brokerage or advisory relationship exists between us.
The publisher is established in the United Kingdom, and this site is published from England and Wales. Readers elsewhere, including the United States, Singapore and the EU, access it on the same terms: it is a general-circulation publication, it is not directed at any individual in any country, and nothing on it is an offer or solicitation to buy or sell anything in a jurisdiction where that would be unlawful.
Positions, conflicts and payment
The author holds no position in any security covered on this site. Not in the shares, not in options over them, and not in funds built to track them. Nothing published here is written by someone standing to gain if you agree with it.
Every article carries a disclosure at the top saying so. If that ever changes, the disclosure on the affected articles changes with it and names the holding, and this paragraph changes too. A view published by someone with a position is worth reading differently, so you should always be told which one you are getting.
No payment is accepted from any issuer, broker, platform, fund or promoter in exchange for coverage, for a mention, or for a favourable view. Not in cash, not in stock, not in kind. No security has ever been featured on this site because someone paid for it to appear, and if that ever changes, the payment, its source and its amount will be disclosed prominently in the article itself.
There are no affiliate links to brokers or trading platforms anywhere on this site. If commercial arrangements are introduced in future, they will be disclosed on this page and marked where they appear.
Day job. The author works as a software engineer in the UK financial services industry, building customer-facing systems rather than making investment decisions or handling client money. That work carries no access to non-public information about any listed company. To keep the line clean anyway, this site does not cover UK insurance or price-comparison companies, which is the one sector where the day job and the writing could plausibly touch. If that ever changes, the connection will be stated in the article.
How views are formed and graded
Facts and opinions are kept visibly separate: reported figures are attributed, and the author's interpretation is written as interpretation. Headline figures are checked against the company's own release, filing or shareholder letter and cross-checked against at least one other independent source before publication. The full method is set out under editorial standards.
Where an article logs a scenario or a play, it records the strike, expiry, price and the spot it was struck against, so that it can be scored later against what actually happened. Those outcomes are published, losses included.
These are published calls, not executed trades. The trade logs and scorecards on this site record what was written before an event and how it turned out. They are not a brokerage statement, no money was placed behind any of them, and they should not be read as a trading record. A logged entry price is the price the call was struck against on paper, not a fill.
Published results are self-compiled and have not been audited or verified by anyone else. They cover the plays this site chose to log, which is a selection made by the author, and a paper record avoids the slippage, spreads, commissions, assignment and emotional cost that real execution imposes. Past results, whether good or bad, tell you nothing reliable about future ones.
Risk warning
Your capital is at risk. Investments can fall as well as rise, and you may get back less than you put in, or nothing at all. Never invest money you cannot afford to lose.
Options are higher risk than shares and can expire worthless. A bought option can lose 100% of its premium, and losing the full premium is a normal outcome rather than an unusual one. Positions that involve writing options, including cash-secured puts, covered calls and spreads, carry obligations that can exceed the premium received, can force you to buy or sell at a price you would not choose, and in some structures can lose more than the amount you committed. Options also require an approval level your broker may not grant you, and contract sizes on high-priced shares put many structures out of reach of ordinary accounts entirely.
Cryptoassets and products tracking them are high risk. They are largely unregulated, highly volatile, and you should be prepared to lose all the money you put in.
Currency movements can add to or subtract from returns on anything priced in a currency other than your own. Tax treatment depends on your individual circumstances and on rules that change. Nothing on this site is tax advice.
Accuracy and forward-looking statements
Considerable effort goes into getting the numbers right, and the verification process exists because errors have been published before and were corrected in public. Even so, this site is produced at speed from third-party data, and no warranty is given that everything on it is accurate, complete or current. Market data may be delayed.
Anything describing what might happen next is a forecast, not a fact. Forecasts here are frequently wrong, which is precisely why the site grades them. If you spot an error, tell us or email hello@regardsofwallstreet.com and it will be checked and corrected.
Your decisions are yours
You are responsible for your own investment decisions. If you act on something you read here, you do so on your own judgement and at your own risk, and you should do your own research and consider taking advice from someone authorised to give it.
To the fullest extent the law allows, no liability is accepted for any loss arising from reliance on anything published here. Nothing in this paragraph limits liability for fraud, for fraudulent misrepresentation, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. If you deal as a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.
Ape at your own risk.
